SCCM 2007 migrate to R2 SP2
My customer wants to migrate from sp1 to sp2, but they met credential problems. Their original ad acoount is netbios: a.b.c/account name but when they install sp2, logon is failed. They inspect the log and found the account is : a/account name. However, during the installation, they could not find a place to change the account. Please help me slove the problem, thanks.

Hello - Which credentials ? I don't think the service pack updates will provide you the options for changing the account name? More over SCCM will use system accounts credentials to communicate.Anoop C Nair - This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, and confers no rights. |Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. You need to make sure that you have an account with SYSadmin rights on the SQL server and local administrative permissions on the COnfigMgr. server.
