Hi P, You should take a look at the logfiles on the clients where it took an hour. Maybe the clients had a hard time resolving the DP names.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

Nope, nothing strange, no errors. P Opened case with Microsoft, they are also confused, sent them all logs but they has´nt found anything. I will inform you all about the resolution when I got one. P

In normal scenario there is no chance for disappearing it from System status. Can you provide the details like where exactly in SCCM console you are checking for the status?Anoop C Nair

Hi, I have installed 2 new w2k8 servers and they acting as DP´s in our SCCM2007 r2 enviroment. They all worked fine untill i did a shutdown to transport them to other another location. During the transport of the servers we did some client installation thrue PXE and it took one hour for the client to find it´s dp to get the image. When the dp was up and running it took just seconds. During the shutdown of the dp´s they dissaperad from system status. Normally if a system is down it says "unmanaged" or "not accessible" or something but i´t shoul not dissaper as long the role is configured in SCCM. The system works fine now when they are up and running but i´m still confused way it took so long to det the image and wy the system disapeard from system status. Maybe someone has an answear. Regards P
