i reinstall IIS and all other components, but Checker PRINTS the same errors. what should i do ?

That won't help ... you can also check mpmsi.log / mpsetup.log, but you still have to fix all other issues first. Just read the output of the MP troubleshooter again ... it tells you exactly what's wrong. Example: "Verify that the Task Scheduler is running - Failed. What could that mean? You should check if the task scheduler service is set to disabled. "Test whether the WebDAV is configured correctly": double check the settings from the link I already posted.

and ccm, inventory data loader and config manager errors still present in site status.

Now there is no errors, but bo clients install, and when i install it locally they don see management point.

but it is client istalled by GPO.

Those issues have already been discussed here in the forums ... the part of locationservices.log cleary states that the client is not able to retrieve the ConfigMgr site version from AD (either the schema was not extended or the siteserver is not configured to publish to AD or there are errors while publishing) or using a SLP.
