SCCM 2007 R3 High Availability at Site Level
I have three different geographical sites. there is a primary site server and some secondary servers are placed in each site. I want to achieve the high availability for my SCCM solution. How can i achieve the HA in SCCM. like if a primary site failed how will the agents get updates and OSD and software distribution connected to that site? same like if a secondary site failed how the agents will fail back to primary site to get all the updates? Same if a BDP is failed how the agents connected with this BDP gets updated ? is it automatic or need some configurations ? Please help/ Ali Salman Naqvi.

Hi Ali, 1) You will need to reassign the clients to another site if the primary site fails. 2) Modify the boundaries and add them to the primary site. Clients will then automatically start using the parent site systems.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund
