SCCM 2007 R2 - Run it on virtual machine?
I will install SCCM 2007 R2 soon. My question is regarding "hardware" requirements since I'm installing in a virtual environment. My idea:"Main server" = 1CPU, 2GB RAM, 100GB diskSQL (Clustered) = It will be enough, if 1 Gbps is ok?WSUS server = located on other site (10 mbps)DP's on all site to minimize WAN traffic.Approx 3000 ClientsEverything is connected via MPLS WAN. Lowest speed (512 kbps), highest (10 Mbps). "Main server" will have 100Mbps into the MPLS cloud. It will be used (initially) for patching and inventory. Since it's virtual it's rather easy to add more hardware, so I wan't to start off with ok hardware (not oversized).
