SCCM 2007 R2 - Remote tools aren't working - Unable to contact host
SCCM 2007 R2, trying to use remote tools to connect to our Windows 7 client pcs, but I continue to get "Unable to contact host". Not sure where to start looking here.... (The remote desktop client option does work, but we really need the remote tools.) I have configured the Remote Tools client agent. Thx

Can you use rc.exe and try to connect to this machine using the IP Address and see whether it is working or not. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb681027.aspx Regards, Madan
