I would like to know if  there is a way in SCCM 2012 R2 to pull the report of a software with the details like on which user device is it installed, to which department that user belongs to and to which domain does that user fall under. As we are using AD discoveries I believe this should be possible , any inputs will be really helpful, or the name of the report available in SCCM.

Absolutely, you can write a report on just about anything. The only limitation is how much time and effort will you put into this report.

The report "Computers with a specific product" displays a list of the computers that a single specified product is inventoried o. You can edit it to meet your requirements.
