SCCM - PXE - Windows Boot Manager - Ports firewall
Hello good, I have the
following problem I have configured
a server with WDS and SCCM PXE
Role point behind a firewall and when
deplegar images and boot boot
boot the windows boot manager
throws us the following error 0xc0000001.
We have set the necessary ports (TCP 135, 5040, 137, 139
UPD: 67.69, 4011,
64001 to 65000, 68) and that
we still fix the errors, we have seen
in wireshark using any random
UDP port both ports low as
high.
The WDS is not configured as shown
when installing the PXE Role point,
dhcp is configured in the option
60, 66 and 67.
Exactly which ports used, which is what
may be happening?
Thanks and regards,

First off, I wouldn't use DHCP options. They are not reliable. Add IP Helpers to your router instead. Second, you aren't trying to PXE across the WAN are you? That'd be a bad idea. Third, I've never heard of anything that uses random low ports, so I can't
help you there.

Hi,
Are you co-hosting WDS and DHCP on the same server?
If so check this technet blog:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/system_center_configuration_manager_operating_system_deployment_support_blog/archive/2011/10/14/troubleshooting-the-pxe-service-point-and-wds-in-configuration-manager-2007.aspx
And take this document as a reference:

Finally, what's in your smspxe.log?
Thanks
