I've got a user that needs the SCCM console in order to function in her job.  When she loads ConfigMgr, while loading she gets a window that says "Script Error - An error has occurred in the script on this page.  Line: xx, Char: xx, Error: 'yepnope' is undefined, Code 0, technet URL, and then it asks if you want to continue running scripts.  Either Yes or No will get you in, and it does seem to work, but it never seems like it's totally updated (i.e., Collections are missing computers).  Can anyone shed some light on this?  It somehow appears to be related to IE9 on her machine (and hers only), but I'm not sure where the script is coming from or what calls it. 

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like the error is as you say related to IE9 and access to the Technet site which is launched by default when starting the console, it should however not affect any other feature in the console.

Have you installed the same version including R2/R3 version and hotfixes needed as used on the Site Server?
are there any errors recorded in the Adminui.log file?

As far as I know all of the hotfixes and such are identical.  I set up the computer I'm on and the other one at the same time and didn't do anything different between the two, same installers for software and such.  Mine works, the other one doesn't.  I don't see anything useful in the logs.

Any difference if you try with different user accounts? You can always try and delete the adminconsole mmc cache file as well and see if that makes any difference.

If this is the IE script error, I think you may take the following steps to check:

1. Open the Tools menu,
2. Select Internet Options, and click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down the list to the Browsing category and look for Disable Script Debugging.
4. Put a check in the checkbox next to it and look immediately beneath it to find Display A Notification About Every Script Error.
5. To disable the notification, put a check that box.
6. Click Apply.
