Whether FIM 2010 can use SAP LDAP Connector to connect the SAP ,instead of SAP R\3 Connector(SAP MA) ...

Not out-of-the-box - you would have to write an LDAP XMA. There is an open source
OpenLDAP XMA
for MIIS/ILM, not sure if it's been ported over to the FIM Synchrnonization Serivce and .Net 3.5 though.
