SAP BI Connector dts_e_productleveltolow
Dear, I am running SSIS services on the same machine as the SQL Server Database (2008 Standard) on a x64 windows 2008 environment. I am trying to use the SAP Bi connector tool for accessing our SAP Openhubs. When I run the package in the SSIS tool, all goes fine. If I use the SQL Job Agent, it fails giving me an dts_e_productleveltolow error. Why does it work when I use the SSIS tool? If you read the whitepapers there is no Enterprise edtition needed: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd299430.aspx Kind regards

What do you mean with the "SSIS tool"? This article describes the usual symptoms with this issue: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/michen/archive/2006/11/11/ssis-product-level-is-insufficient.aspxMCTS, MCITP - Please mark posts as answered where appropriate.

Yes it is. I test and run this whole project on one server. Is there no real answer regarding the fact that SAP Bi Connector needs Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise edition? I would like to continue searching for a solution but only if this is 100% clear. Kind regards.

If you go here you can clearly see stated: "The component is designed to be used with the Enterprise and Developer editions of SQL Server 2008 Integration Services."SSIS Tasks Components Scripts Services | http://www.cozyroc.com/
