Can you be specific with your requirements. Whats the scenario where you want a Business rules component. A dynamic email component can be achieved via a set of tables and the Send Mail Task (Refer
this). For out of box email functionality not supported by the Send Mail task, you can use a script component like

you can create your own custom email component if that is what you are asking. If that is the case then your question should be more generic than specific. Can you share you requirement so that we can help you in a better way?

Hi Ajay Singh Rawat,
You can create an expression for the Subject property and for the MessageSource property in Send Mail Task. You can use the Subject property expression to dynamically update the subject of an e-mail message, you can use the MessageSource property expression
to dynamically update variables in the e-mail message, such as variables that are populated by a Row Count transformation. For more information about creating a dynamic subject or message for the Send Mail task, please se:
