Root Management server unavailable
Hi All, Last 3 day Our RMS server is giving Root management server unavailble alert. Alert description: The root management server (Healthservice) has stopped heartbeating soon after <date/time> . This adversely affects all availability calculation for the entire management group. . Steps tried:: a) Deleting Health Service Store folder on RMS and restarting health service b) Restarting all services Can any help how to slove this

Hello Tech.bird, Please check the OprsMgr Event Log on the root health service and find the error message, which has a detailed description on this issue. There is also an error code will help us to locate the root cause.
