Room finder not work on Outlook 2013

Hello,

The available room show "none" and Suggestions time "suggestion cannot be provided because free/busy data could not be retrieved". We are experiencing Room finder not work on Outlook 2013 version 15.0.4753.103 with Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 version 15.0.4569.1506. But it work with Outlook 2010 and Outlook from Office 365.

I already create DistributionGroup for Roomlist but it still not fix.

Please help on this issue.

Hi,

Does the free/busy info work properly in OWA?

Do you use Outlook in cached Exchange mode or online Exchange mode? If it's cached mode, please also try to switch to online Exchange mode and test the issue again.

In Outlook client, please first check whether the free/busy information can be retrieved via the following steps:

1. Create a new meeting in Outlook.

2. Click To button to add attendees.

3. In GAL, please select the Address List Rooms Distribution Group, click Require > OK.

4. Click Scheduling Assistant on the Ribbon.

5. Click whether the free/busy information can be retrieved or not.

If the the free/busy information can be retrieved, please try recreating the offline address book (OAB) file as described in the following KB article to see the result:
