Hi, We have one document library with folder structure with more then 2000 folders. in our custom code we create new folder when ever we want to add a new item to the document library. while creating folder we break role inheritance for folder and assign permissions to users. we update permissions from custom code and do not assign permissions directly to items. Since last few days we are facing a issue that users are getting permissions on folder but not on the items inside folders and this is for only few random users. there is no similarity in behaviour.
