Right click tools

Hi all, we are in the middle of moving to CM 2012 from 2007. One of the most used tools we had for 2007 was "Rick Houchins Right click tools", and specifically the feature to right click a computer object, select "Client Web Reports", and then "Advertisements". Our help desk staff used this feature several times a day to monitor the software they push out to our customers.

It appears that the version of these tools for CM 2012 does not provide the "Client Web Reports" menu.

Does anybody out there know of a version of right click tools that provides this quick access to client web reports for console users?

Thanks!

I use the tools from NowMicro: http://www.nowmicro.com/recast/feature-list/

The tool linked by Jeff is probably the most popular right click tool, it has a similar feature where you can right click to get similar info.

The applications tab shows Application model deployment info.

Thanks guys but the the Recast tools just don't quite provide the specific functionality I'm looking for for my help desk. The Execution History tab from Recast seems to provide too much data, including past programs no longer advertised.

Specifically, my help desk needs quick and easy access to the "All package and program deployments to a specified computer" report. Right now, that is like 3 clicks, a Search, and typing in computer name away in CM 2012 console.

I'll keep hunting and testing though. thanks for the suggestions so far...anyone else?

EDIT: I know they could just save a link to the web report on their desktop/favorites, but I'm still hunting for the same functionality we had in CM2007.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

This can fairly easily added in to RCTs, it would take about 2-5 hours to research and updated a single computer form there you can write a simple script that will update all the console with this data.

This article will get you started. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms155391.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

Yes, I was able to add custom right click menus to my console to solve this issue.
