Right Click Flyout Arrows and Taskbar Close Buttons turned into a BOX.

Hello Everyone.

Updated my Windows 8.1 Enterprise N to Windows 10 Enterprise N on 1st August, 2015. Everything was working smoothly but last night I encountered this error when I turned on my Computer. The right click flyout arrows, and the close button of opened windows on the task bar are turned into a "box". I have deleted some third party fonts installed in my Fonts folder before encountering this.

I also attached an image but TechNet does not allow me to put images or links until my account is verified. My Specs are compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise N edition:

5th Gen Intel Core i7 Processor

64 GB RAM

4 TB HDD

GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB

Hi Javed Baloch,

We could refer to the following link to verify the account.
How to Verify Your MSDN/TechNet Forums Account So that You Can Post Images and Links

As a workaround, we could upload the image to OneDrive and paste the link here.

At present, we could take the following steps to have a troubleshoot.
1.Run "dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth" to check the health of system files.
2.Perform a clean boot to have a troubleshoot.

3.Considering this issue occurred recently, we could perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous normal point.

Thanks MeipoXu

I have tried the DISM and it went successful without any errors but did not solve the problem. Neither the clean boot. And I have installed a lot of updates to my applications and the restore point will discard all the updates. Here is an image link which I wanted to put in previously. I hope this will help you understand what am I facing.

Hi Javed,

Did the system restore work?

We also could try to login with another account or create a new one to have a troubleshoot. There is a possibility the present user account have been corrupted.

Best regards

Hi Javed,

Since you have made modifications to the fonts and it resulted this issue. We could re-add the fonts to have a check.

We could download the fonts here.

If this won`t work, I am afraid we should perform an in-place upgrade to have a fix considering there is no restore point. Boot from a Windows 10 installation media, choose "Upgrade" when choose the install type.
