Hi , I am trying to change the service account password for my SP Server 2007 and I following the KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934838 It threw an error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. When I execute the command below: stsadm -o updateaccountpassword -userlogin domain/account -password pwd -noadmin It doesn't work if I have my new password there, but when I tried to restore it with the old password, that line execute without any problem. Any idea? Thanks in advance. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
