Repoting Server: Which Management Server manage the reports in this case of MS failure?
If I have 2 MS "server1" and "server2", and server1 is the RMS emulator.
When i install "server3" with the Reporting Role and select "server1" how management Server.
What happend when server1 is turn off? Does Reporting work?

There is a RMS emulator that manages some features.
In this case the one MS fails, does the other MS manage reporting?
When you install Reporting, the wizard as for a Management Server that manage reporting !!!

I believe you install the OpsMgr reporting on the SQL server, correct?

Operational database and data warehouse are on SQL Cluster with 2 nodes. Reporting is a Standalone SQL server.
Operation console ans web console are installed on two MS.

Do I need install web console on server3 "Reporting Server" to access web reports in the case that the MS configured in the Reporting installation wizard fails??

No this is INcorrect. Reporting is still a single point of failure itself, and is using a single SDK Service / MS to authenticate requests. Please check the thread on

Could I access reports from the 2 MS by web?? Operation and web console are installed on both...
You can access Reports via the Operations Console from anywhere, as well as via web (but passing parameters to most OM reports with the ReportServer interface is painful...).
You can also load-balance the Web Console.
But you can ONLY install REPORTING on ONE machine, unfortunately.
