Reporting Services does not starting!

It probably cannot start in timely fashion because the SQL Server instance where the Report Server database is hosted is not started.

hello friend! Unfortunally all sql trelatd servicew are running fine. it is just reporting services that does not start onthe right time. it ends with a error 1053. see the error i got when trying to see my reports via SCOM console. any way thanks for help me! Well, this is a different story. For some reason, the Report Server has invalidated the encryption key. For example, someone might have re-initialized ASP.NET on the server. If this is SSRS 2005, use the Reporting Services Configuration Manager to restore the encryption key from a backup (you've backed up the encryption key, haven't you ). In case you don't have a backup, use the Configuration Manager to delete the ecrypted content. This will remove the connection strings from the data sources, so you have to reset your data sources in Report Manager.

I don't know anything about System Center Operation Manager 2007. If you go to http://<servername>/reportserver (assuming SSRS is installed on the default instance and listens on port 80), what do you see? Do you get any error messages in the SSRS log in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\...\Reporting Services\LogFiles?
