Reporting Services 2008 Activation failed integrating with Sharepoint 2010
All, Iam running SQL 2008 on Win2008R2 and trying to integrate SSRS 2008 with Sharepoint 2010. When i try to configure Reporting Services Integration with windows authentication as i use my active directory logon, i get a message Activation failed. Iam able to access my Web URL location, but the activation on sharepoint 2010 fails. Iam not sure what this error is, if someone has dealt this in the past, do pass on your suggestions.

Hi Ashly2010, Could you please post the more detailed error message? Based on my experience, there is no Reporting Services SharePoint integration feature we need to active automatically. So, the error message is confused. Another opinion about the issue is that the SharePoint installation is a trial edition, and it is expired. If we are in this case, please upgrade the SharePoint installation to a release edition, and then re-configure the Integration mode. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
