I have two separate installations of Reporting Services 2005 (one with SP3 and the other with SP2) that have the following errors and the Reporting Services service shuts itself down. In one case this is happening on a daily basis. I found one relevant topic, however, the posted solution is only if you upgraded from SSRS 2000 to SSRS 2005. These installations were clean installs and besides I tried the recommended workaround with no success. I've looked into subscription based reports that may be running but there aren't any.
