Hi I have a report that uses 3 different datasets to populate different parts of the RDL file. All datasets are set up to use the same credentials. The report is usually run via the Data Driven Subscriptions. When you run the report manually for an individual site, all data on the report is populated and the report exports to PDF as expected. However, when you run the report via the subscription in report Manager, only part of the data is actually populated. Looking more closely, it only seems to be running one of the datasets. I don't think this is a permissions or security issue as if it was, no data would be returned at all. Any ideas please? Thank you.

Since it ia data driven subscription, can you validate that the other data sets are passed with proper parameter values? I suspect some issue with the values passed to the parameter.Suresh My Scribbling

Hi Suresh I have checked and treble checked all paramters. They are all fine and are there. Like I say, if I run each report individually it works fine. The only thing is that we recently changed from using Visual Studio 2005 to Visual Studio 2008 and have also changed to SQl Server 2008. There were working fine before we changed and have only stopped working since we swapped over. Thanks for looking. Kaz
