Reporting Services: adding page breaks after text/images
Hi, You can place your image, tables and other controls grouped together within a rectangle. Rectangle has properties 'Add a page break before', 'Add a page break after' etc. and setting one of these causes the page break to occur. For instance if you want first page to have an image and force the table to begin on the second page, place the image inside rectangle and check the rectangle property 'Add a page break after'. Then position the table below the rectangle. Likewise you could add a few rectangles and place the controls as appropriate. Hope this helps. Hi everybody, I am building a rather long Report. Basically I was given a 6-page PDF file and told to create a report that looked the same but had data-driven fields. What I want to do is after every page-end footer image, create a page break so the next item appears at the top of a new page. There are no large tables, matrices, or charts. But there are a lot of images, and again I want to create page breaks after Page 1's footer image, and before Page 2's header image. In Design mode, all 6 pages are contained in one longform. There are no Report Headers or Footers. How can I do this? I have been unable to find a solution through search engines.
