If you have Lenovo computers the Serial Number in the "Hardware 01A - Summary of computers in a specific collection" will show up blank. Changing the report to use v_GS_PC_BIOS.SerialNumber0 instead will solve that problem. Or you can try the following report, it will provide you computername, manufacturer, serialnumber, model number.
