Gentlemen, Could anyone please advise how in a Report or Query i can see list of Task sequences available for a specific computer? I mean if i have multiples TS assigned to a specific collection or computers how can i see it?

You can see this in the Deployment tab of the machine.  Not sure there is a report to give you that. You would need to create on that has all the deployments for a machine and then you can use a filter to look at only Task sequence deployments.
