Hi, In order to reserve space between the only 1 record and the report Page Footer, we can increase the height of the report Body. For example, if the height of the report is 11in, and the height of the Page Footer is 1in, then, we can set the height of the report Body to 10 in by steps below. 1. In the Properties pane, select Body in the dropdown list. 2. Specify the Size\Height property to 10in. After that, the report Pager Footer will be displayed at the end of body. IF my report shows just 1 record and the report footer appears after that 1 record shows. Help me if i could set the footer to appear at the end of the report page bottom.
