Report doesn't render
Hi, I have an unusual problem with a new report. The report is displayed then the green progress button comes up and it's calling the SP. Vefified by running profiler, the sp completes but I don't see any results in the screen. It must be related to some permission cause me and my colleague who are members of the same Active Directory group have the same problem, and the user who theoretically has less permissions can run the report. Also some reports under the same folder work. It could be related to the shared data source but I've tried to change the settings there to various modes but no luck. I also restarted the server. This is the log from the SSRS log. I found a thread somewhere that says we need SP1 for SQL Server 2008 R2. I don't know if someone can confirm if it will fix it. Hi panlondon, It's true that this is a known issue posted on Microsoft products feedback connection: http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/357186/server-error-in-reports-application And as Microsoft posted in that thread, this will be fixed in SP1, you can try to update to SP1 with the latest CU. Thanks, LolaPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.
