Hi, I have about 200 reports in SSRS Report Manager and I need to give a user adming access to all 200 reports. It is very time consuming for me to go one by one to give the user access. Is there a way in SSRS or SQL to give that user access to all the report all at once? Thank you.

Yes but it does not work all the time. Sometime I would have to individually go in and give report access. Thank you for the answer though.

Hi YPandey, Thanks for the question. In order to grant permissions to one customer, we need to locate to the reports at first. If the reports located in the same folder, we can set the permission by following Shahfaisal Muhammed's suggestion. If they are not in the same folder, and you have some other way to locate all the reports, I would suggest you to loop this report sets by using web services.
