I have customized sql server 2008 r2 reporting services to form authentication by using example code as I did for sql server 2008 and 2005. This time, I can not logon Report Manager page. Only when I first logon to report Server successfully, then I can logon to Report Manger. After a while, I need to logon to report server again because session is time out. Any clue for my problem. Basically I use same way to configure my configuration files as older version ? Is there any changes for sql server 2008 R2 for configuration. Also when I paste report service url string (http://...//ReportService2005.asmx) to borwser, it was not working and can't open wsdl file. Do I did some thing wrong for configuration or ... thanks for help Gary

Hi Gray, The configuration settting for Forms authentication sample in SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) 2008 R2 is same to the setting in SSRS 2008. However, in SSRS 2008 R2 RTM, there is konwn issue to configure to use Forms Authentication. The issue was first solved in SQL Server 2008 R2 Cumulative Update(CU) 3.
