Report Manager has no Tabs
Hello, I know there are a ton of threads on the internet and these forums that address this topic. My problem is that I am using 2008 and 90% of the "answers" in the threads I have read say to disable annoymus access in IIS. however I understand that as of 2008 IIS is no longer a factor. Here are the things that I have tried: Run IE as Administrator I have no problem access and querying the ReportServices SQL 2008 database Using port 80 My Enviroment: Dell Studio XPS Windows Vista MSSQL Server 2008 URL I have read, but they did not help. (or I did not understand enough to follow correctly) http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/fffa4d0d-6cc9-4385-8a30-8a1b8243f619 http://dobrzanski.net/2008/03/28/reporting-services-blank-report-manager-screen/ Here are some screen shots if they are helpfull: < /br>

Hi, As you are getting balnk screen in report manager, try connecting to the report server. In the reporting service configuration manager, go to "web service URL" tab and open the report server URL. If you get message "permissions granted to user 'whirlaway\George' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)" message, it means that your login does not have rights to connect to report server catalog. In this case, Check if this login is part of 'builtin\adminstrators' or not. If this is not then try connecting the report server as one of the admin login and give rights to this login. If you are asked for domin name and password everytime, you can try adding url to Trusted Sites. -Chintak
