Hi!
There's no reporting functionality out of the box. I guess you're after some kind of Audit and Logging feature to start with because that isn't available either and for that I recommend you to ave a look at this post:

Hello,
Well... In fact it depend a lot of want you want/need to report
If the goal is to report which resource have been updated: for example the list of users that have been successfully modified in the last days, so you can do it with XPath
The best way is to create some new Scope Filters with XPath that show Request relative to Person resources on a given period
Once you have done this you can search in this Scope filter to list only Request relative to one User resource configuring the search attribute on Display Name of the Request
Unfortunately you cannot make report on the attribute basis, because the change made are not directly available on Request attribute
So for more specific Report I assume the only way is to do Custom Activity like the one permitting to log request

Hi,
Thanks for all your response.... Actually our scenario is like: When we do a dynamic query(search) in Portal and we want to send the results as a report. Can this be acheived?
Thanks...!

You could take the dynamic query (xpath) to a powershell script and using the exportConfig cmdlet you can export your results to a report you format as you desire. I moslty create a set representing the query and then copy the Xpath stuff from the advanced
view on the set.
It should be fairly easy to achieve, the FIM scriptbox here has some Powershell examples how to handle users in the portal.http://setspn.blogspot.com
