I created a report and it is not able to be run, I get the following error:

The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to
----------------------------
Log on failed. Ensure the user name and password are correct. (rsLogonFailed)
----------------------------
Cannot impersonate user for data source

So I am trying to change the credentials of the data source but the options are all greyed out? Is it because it is a shared connection? TIA

I've only seen that when the shared data source uses stored credentials and, in this case, the credentials are incorrect. To check this, open the definition of the shared data source.

Can you tell where I find the place to open the definition of the shared DS?

When you're navigating to the ConfigMgr reports via the web browser, it's located in the root folder of the ConfigMgr reports.
