ReportViewer doesn't handle paging properly
I have a user that runs a report through the reportviewer control. When they render the report it only shows 1 page, but if we run the report through report manager it shows 3 pages. This happens using SQL 2008 SP1 reporting services. This problem does NOT occur in the 2005 environment we have.

I've experienced issues with pagination in both Report Manager and ReportViewer. I think the main issue is that they render in HTML which is not very page friendly. Are these paging issues missing hard page breaks or soft page breaks? It should handle hard page breaks pretty well--like showing a new customer on a new page because you set the paging in design view. The soft page breaks always seem to be a gamble.

I opened a case with MS, and this is a BUG with the ReportViewer control for SQL 2008. They said this is fixed with R2, but I can't confirm that as I'm only on 2008 sp1

I have same problem with VS 2010 and SQL server 2008 R2. Report viewer only shows first page. When I exported report as pdf, it had 2 pages. Same thing when I printed the report, 2 pages printed. Can you please tell me it is bug of report viewer in Visual studio 2010 or SQL server 2008 R2???
