ReportServer directory displays when clicking View button
Hello All, I am working on setting up SSRS on Windows Server. I problem is that uploaded files do not display correctly. Instead, I get a directory listing of the ReportServer. Here are some things I tried: - Disabled Anonymous log-on in the IIS for both Reports and ReportServer applications. This led to an access-denied error (401). - Disabled Directory Browsing for the ReportServer. Led to a Forbidden error (403). I am assuming that this would be a permission issue but have no idea on where to change it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Amor Abanes, In your statement, you mentioned upload files, could you please more specific which kind of file? Image, word or other document? Besides this, you still mentioned Clicking view button, do you want to display the file on the rdl report? Detail information is a big help for us supply further help. Based on my understanding, you might want to display an image on the rdl report, firstly please make sure you could open the image on the report server or report manager separately, then drag an image control to the report, set its file source to external, then click fx button to type in the expression =”URL” If I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know.
