ReportBuilder 3 annoyingly always stays on top of auto-hidden task bar
I'm using RB 3 in WinXP Pro. I use my taskbar as auto-hide. When my instance of ReportBuilder is maximized, it overrides the taskbar autohide and I cant use my mouse to make it come up, rather I have to Alt-Tab to be able to reactivate it. It's becoming a nuisance. I've looked under Options and there is no always on top setting for ReportBuilder. Is there some kind of registry trick to get around this or is this a bug? --ACG

Hi ACG, I could reproduce this issue in my local environment, it seem this is a bug of RB 3.0, BIDS and other application will not appear this scenario. I have send the consultation to the Reporting Services Discussion Group, if there is any latest information, I will update the reply. Besides this, I still recommend you submit a feedback to the Microsoft Connect at this link https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback This connect site is a connection point between you and Microsoft, and ultimately the larger community. Can you provide a link to that Connect ticket? I'd like to up-vote it (this issue is really annoying), but a search for report builder taskbar had no results. Thanks, Mark
