Remove "Remote Control Connection" prompt
Everytime i try to remote into a user's computer using SCCM, if the computer is lock or log off, i get the following prompt:"Remote Control Connection:""The remote computer is either lockedm or there is no user currently logged on. Configuration Manager remote control requires an interactive user to be logged on to the computer and for the session to be unlocked. USe remote desktop connection client to control this computer, or click cancel to terminate the connection"Is there a way of removing this feature. On SMS 2003 this would never show up when a computer was locked or logged off. I hope someone could help me with this. thanks.

This is the standard way ConfigMgr 2007 works. You can't control a locked or logged out machine hence the warning. You will need to do a Remote Desktop Connection to the machine. Several people have already submitted this to be changed in the next version. All we can do is wait and see what happens.http://www.sccm-tools.com http://sms-hints-tricks.blogspot.com
