Remove/replace spaces in mailNickName
Whats the best way to remove spaces or replace with an underscore within the maiNickName via the sync rules?Opper ...don't stop.

Have you tried with the ReplaceString function?
Check the
Functions Reference for FIM 2010.

As a custom expression:
ReplaceString(mailNickname," ","_")
Otherwise you can select "function" from the drop down box in the "flow definition" dialog, and then it's quite straightforward.
