Hi Everybody, i have the following issue: I have a central site and i primary site, works great. On the primary site i have configured ad boundaries, and the resources are assigned to the collection. the collection membership is available from the central site, i can push the client, everythings working fine. when i start the remote tools from the central site and i accept the offer for remote support, the configuration is "view only". when i log on to the primary site, start remote tools, accept the offer, the configuration is "full control" i have configured the remote tools client agent at the primary site (the client is attached to the primary site) at the central site, i have disabled all the client agents, there will be no attached clients to the central site. i need to use the remote tools agent with "full control" from the central site..where is the mistake? thanks in advance!gre von D.Schmidt aus Hamburg.

Well why dont you try checking the properties of the Remote Tools Client Agent and in the Generals tab it says the level of access allowed, check if it is on view only i hope that works.

Hi Amim, on both sites, the one that the client is attached to and the central site, both options are full control. thats kinda weird, why does it bother the remote tools agent on the client from WHERE you are connecting to it..i dont get it, maybe anyone has a answer and a solution ;) thanks in advance!gre von D.Schmidt aus Hamburg.

This weird behavior occurs only when the targeted client is a server OS. maybe a gpo is responsible..when the targeted client is Win7 the problem doesnt occur. cause we RDP our server OS, this is no problem for me. thanks!gre von D.Schmidt aus Hamburg.
