I have a computer that has the client installed and all other functions of the client work except for remote tools. We are running SCCM R2 SP2 and the client computer is Windows 7 x64 Professional. Remote tools works on other Windows 7 computers with the exact same setup. The remote tools log doesn't show any errors.

I just tired to use remote tools and I still got unable to contact host. The log show the following: Remote Control Server started. RemoteControl 7/23/2010 9:58:14 AM 2688 (0x0A80) Server is no longer in use. Shutting down. RemoteControl 7/23/2010 10:04:15 AM 2688 (0x0A80) Remote Control Server terminated normally.
