I was wondering if there is anyway to customize the message on the notification when using remote tools? Currently it is a green bar that says the user that is connected I would like to keep the bar but change what it says. Thanks 

That cannot be done.

I am not aware of any way to change that.  In fact, it is part of remote desktop.  You can turn the bar off in the client settings (Show Session Connection Bar = No)
