Remote Desktop Gateway does not work with a particular customer network.

Hi.
I have a Windows 2012 R2 Remote Desktop Gateway solution configured and everything works for everyone from outside but a specific customer network.
My question is, what could this customer have configured in the Firewall for blocking this Https 443 connection. They are able to login to the RDWeb page on our Remote Desktop Gateway solution but when they click on a remote app it just say starting. If the customer use another network it works.
Regards
Morten

Did the customer use https inspection?

Is there any error message after the 'starting'?

Hi Hamir.
I will ask about the HTTPS inspection.
No just a timeout.

Hi,

Is there any update for your case?

For RemoteApp to get access we need to open TCP port 443 and UDP port 3391 and forward them to your RD Gateway server.  Also we may have RD Web Access (uses TCP port 443) and RDG running on the same server.

For more information you can refer following articles.
1. How to troubleshoot Logon Attempt Failed messages when connecting through RD Gateway
2. Deploying Remote Desktop Gateway RDS 2012
3. How To Work with RD Gateway in Windows Server 2012

Hope it helps!

Thanks.
