Remote Assistance tool is not working consistently on the client PCs( windows XP/ Windows 7) Details: When offering remote assistance to some client PCs the following error message is received: “YOUR OFFER TO HELP COULD NOT BE SENT ” This is shown in the screen shot. “Remote desktop” is working fine. Resolutions tried: 1… Verified permissions 2…repaired the agent installation from control panel 3…checked security settings on the client PC’s OU 4…verified Group Policy settings.

Offer remote assistance is not a Configuration Manager tool. It is purely Windows based. I suggest you post this in a Windows server or client forum.
