I have Installed Windows Intune Client Software in One Of our Client System and it is Windows 8 system. Remote assistance is not working on the clients machine.Can I please know why.

But in the clients machine the "request remote assistance" is displayed but while clicking on the link the link is not functioning. can you please solve this.Is there any other way to enable this?
