I would like know the interaction Between WSUS, Office 2013 H&B ( the CTR version), and Windows Update.

The Situation I want to have is

a) that the SBS Server 2011 will have WSUS enabled, and will centrally download all Windows updates ( except for the CTR products as I know WSUS does not contain this information))

b) the Clients ( Win7, and Win8) are forced to Install any windows updates every 14 days ( or weekly if fornightly is not possible)

c) the Clients Office 2013 CTR product updates itself

The Question is mainly on the CTR, because if WSUS is enabled for the client, WSUS does not include the updates for CTR products, so how does Office CTR  update itself? Is the CTR Update mechanism completely independent of Windows Updates / WSUS

Yes, that's helpful information. Typically office comes preinstalled and just needs activating. Can the update mechanism for Office CTR be changed after installation from

#1 User machines receive automatic updates from Microsoft

#2 User machines pull updates from an internal location controlled by the admin

and then where does the admin get the updates from ?
