Hi All, I have created audience in SSP. The Audience contains 1 member that satisfy the rule I have created. I have also enabled audience targetting on one of my custom list. When I browse for availabe audiences it picks up the audience i have created and shows the exact number of member in the audience. But the item is visible to the user other than the member of the audience that i am targetting. Please help me out where I am getting wrong. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Ajeet

Hi All, I got it working by using "Content Query Web Part". Can't i apply the same to a list means "Content Query Wb Part" displays the List Item based on Audiences (based on Web Part Configuration). I want to apply same filtering to the List means if the user navigate to the list and if the list item belong to the member of the audience then only he will be able to see the list item otherwise he should not. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Ajeet

Hi, SharePoint list will show the list items based on the permission settings not anything else. If the same filtering based on audiences will be available to the list, why we need the permission settings for the list items? Hope it is helpful! Seven
