The answer for you is thus:
1. Remove the old domain computer account in AD.
2. Build a new server with the same name (WEBMAIL, you say it is) and join it to the domain.
3. Install Exchange 2007 by running setup /mode:RecoverServer. That will restore nearly if not all of the Exchange settings to that box. You may need to redo customizations, such as if you enabled HTTP redirect in IIS.
4. Apply updates as required and desired.
If you didn't export and keep a copy of the certificate in a PFX format, then you will have to issue a new certificate. Your certificate provider should allow you to re-key the certificate at no charge, based on my experience.
