Refresh scenario with bitlocker fails at formatting the disk
Hello everyone,
Basically I am facing almost the same problem as this guy:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/configmgrosd/thread/8b2ae247-3b95-4ec0-8eb7-ddf9bd9ab23d
I am doing a refresh scenario from a Windows 7 x64 with BitLocker enabled to a new one.
I am disabling bitlocker first with the step provided in the task sequence editor, then I format (with two steps as mentionned as a workaround in the link above). This solution solve the problem that I had (failure at the formatting and ending with a hdd
half formated) but once the Apply operating system step done it fails at the Apply Windows Settings saying "Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\Windows\Panther\Unattend\unattend.xml] for pass [oobeSystem]. The settings specified in
the answer file cannot be applied. The error was detected while processing settings for component [Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup]
NB: this unattend.xml does work for a new computer installation (from scratch then)
I am moving forward in my scenario but it really starts to annoy me :/ Does someone have experienced all of these issues before ? Or do you have an idea on how to solve them?
Thank you a lot !! :)
