Redirected USB printers not working
So we are having an issue with USB Printer Redirection on Terminal Server 2008 x86. Currently we have one 2008 x86 Terminal Server that all local printers redirect with no issue. We have built a second 2008 x86 Terminal Server but non of the local client USB printers will redirect. We have loaded the print drivers, verified the ACL's are the same and correct on both server, verified the Terminal Session allows the redirection, etc. We have tried everything we can think of but the USB printers will not redirect on the newly built TS. Any suggestions would be fantastic as we are about to watch a new server burn to the ground.  Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you tried to use Terminal server easy print driver for your case?
Which RDP version you are using for your environment?

Please see whether you have not enabled the policy setting Do not allow client printer redirection under following path. Also there are certain points need to troubleshoot for this scenario, you can get more information from this link.

Apart you can try for Terminal services Easy Print and check result.

Hope it helps!

Thanks.
