For a start this isn't a customization question, so I'm moving it to Admin. But otherwise your text is extremely unclear. Can you try writing it again - slower and clearer? Hi, There are two types of recycle bins : first stage recycle bin, the user's one, and for more safety, there is the second stage recycle bin , the administrator's one or the site collection one. When a user delete a document, it is moved to the users recycle bin and stays there for a certain time defined in central admin. At this time, only the user who deleted the document or a site collection administrator can restore it. Passed this defined time, the document is moved to the admin recycle bin where only the administrator can restore it. The administrator's recycle bin has two options or two views : 'End user recycle bin items' that shows documents deleted by users and still in their recycle bins. The second view is : 'Deleted from end user recycle bin' that shows the deleted documents that are no more in the user recycle bin. So, if a user delete a document, within the time defined in central admin, only himself and the site collection administrator can restore that document. If the deleted document is deleted for the user recycle bin moved the second stage one, only the site collection administrator can restore it. To view the admin recycle bin items, navigate to the site collection > Site Actions > Recycle bin, under Site collection administration section. To define the recycle bin parameters go to Central admin > Application management > Web application general settings. There, you can set the status of the recycle bin to On or Of and set the number of days before the item are deleted for the recycle bin. By default, the recycle bin is On and the number of days is 30. Note : When a web site is deleted it does not go to the recycle bin. It is really deleted. Hope this helps.
